On guided adventure tours through the nature parks as well as on bike tours along the coast of Western Pomerania you can get to know the untouched nature and the unique biodiversity of this region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are looking for peace and relaxation with your family, you can find it on the long sandy beaches of the seaside resorts of Lubmin and Ueckerm\u00fcnde. In quaint fishing villages you can experience maritime traditions and customs of the north up close. The summer fishing and harbor festivals attract visitors with regional fish specialties. Western Pomerania is considered the cradle of romance. In Greifswald, Ludwigsburg and Wolgast you can find important stations in the life and motifs of important Romantic painters, of whom Caspar David Friedrich is probably the most famous representative. You can follow in the footsteps of the aviation pioneer Otto Lilienthal in the Hanseatic city of Anklam. The cozy old towns of the university and Hanseatic city of Greifswald and the seaside resort of Ueckerm\u00fcnde invite you to stroll and wander.
